As an inactive member, I’ve received an email from the Agloco development team. Here’s the email copied without any alterations.
We would like to update you on the status of AGLOCO’s operations. We continue to believe in the AGLOCO concept, but our revenue is currently not sufficient to give Members a meaningful distribution. And though there are increases in membership, the resulting revenue is not enough to support operating costs. As a development team we are unable to continue to use our savings to fund the operations. If any Member would like to pursue continuing the operations of AGLOCO, you may contact us at agloco1@live.com .
We would like to thank every Member for supporting our effort to bring a piece of the Internet directly to the user. We hope that we can find a way to keep the operations going.
AGLOCO Development Team
Personally, I never believed in the concept of Agloco. Even if they would defend agloco by taking about AllAdvantage, it doesn’t matter to me since I have not experience it myself (haha). I just joined it out of curiousity but I never downloaded the viewbar nor tried to refer anyone in it.
Since it was so hyped up in the beginning, I want to ask the members. Have you received any payment from Agloco? or not?

It is really near Christmas now that a lot of blogs are having blog contests where you can win cash or services just by doing some things. I really have to devote time to join those contests! But for now, let me share the links I’ve read this week.
That’s it for the week. Have a happy Sunday everyone!

In this post, I would like to thank Jazzy for awarding me the top commentator award. As you can see, she really gave effort in awarding her each of her commentators with a personalized picture. This is what I got.

Now if you have time, I suggest that you visit her blog which is http://EmbracingHisLove.blogspot.com . Her blog is a more personal type of blog but don’t let that disappoint you. She talks about her daily life in loving God. Yes, you heard it right, loving God. I’ve never seen someone who’s so devoted to God like her. When I read her entries, I feel enlightened and happy on how she loves God. =)
Visit her blog. You won’t regret it. ^_^ thank you very much jazzy!
–This is just the first part of thanking the bloggers around me.

After nearly 3 months of using blogrush in this blog, I decided to say goodbye to blogrush. My reason for doing so is because it wasn’t satisfactory enough for me. The traffic it brought to my blog was very little and not enough to compensate the space the widget is taking from my blog.
I know that perhaps the reason that the traffic I’m getting from blogrush is small because of my post titles. I even tried to look for a solution to that. I installed the wordpress plugin called Blogrush Click Maximizer. Basically this plugin creates another feed for you that you can use for blogrush. You can opt to choose which posts you like blogrush to get and have the option to make a more optimized post title to feed to blogrush. I used this plug-in to exclude my current events posts and other posts that I don’t want included so that my blogrush feed gets only relevant posts on blogging.
Update! 12-07-07 1:27am. (Yeah I’m staying up late just to update this post hehe) Read the rest of this entry »
