The purpose of this post is to introduce my old posts to my new visitors and email subscribers. I’m written several posts about blogging tips before and now, let me try to link them up again so that they might catch your attention.

A blog post starts with an idea

So basically, writing a blog post is not that hard. The first thing you need to have before you can write your blog post is an idea. What should you write about? It should be something that you can write easily and you won’t have to force yourself to write. To help you with this, I can suggest 3 ways where you can get ideas to blog about.

Writing your blog post

When I write, I usually just write anything that comes into mind. I simply imagine that I’m just talking to someone so it makes my post more natural to read and understand. In line with this, I have outlined 6 tips on how to write for everyone. I usually avoid writing about something that I have no idea about. For example, my idea is to write about topic A. While writing a post about this, I realize I’m spending a lot of time just thinking on what to write then I will simply drop this topic and find another one.

Posting frequency

There may be times that you feel energized for one day that you can think up 5 or more ideas to write about. You have a choice, you can publish all of them on one day, or save some on a rainy day, I mean on days where you don’t have any idea on what to post. My point of view is here not to publish a lot of entries in a short span of time. However, bloggers have different blogging frequencies so pick a frequency that is most advantageous to you. You can always learn how to schedule your posts so that it will be published in a later date. I have written guides on how to schedule posts in wordpress and in blogger.
