Boston Celtics is the 2008 NBA Champions

After a big blow-out game 6, Boston just proved to the world that they are just not hype. They managed to deliver to their fans a championship and they did it by giving the Lakers a big blow-out.

Paul Pierce is the finals M.V.P. and I guess he deserves it. Good job Boston and better luck next season L.A. (Bynum will be back I hope for the lakers)

Boston Celtics wins against the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 2 of the NBA Finals 2008. The final score is 108-102. Next game will be on June 10, Lakers’ Homecourt. (That would be Wednesday morning (June 11) for us in the Philippines)

Because I was waxing my car, I only managed to watch the game with 6 minutes remaining on the 4th quarter. Boston was leading by about 20 points and I thought it was going to be a blow-out. But the Lakers rallied and nearly turn the game over but in the end, clutch free throws by Boston won the game.

If you don’t have tv at home but you have a fast internet connection, you can watch the nba finals online here. It’s free and it’s live nba streaming online.
