I can still remember a few months back where I disliked having paid posts here in my blog because it will just pollute my blog. I used to think that those who do it are all after the money and do not care about their traffic and readership. It has been a while since I’ve had time to look around the web for new ways to make money online. Right now, I’ve landed on a promising program called TNX.net.

Initially I thought this was a shortcut for thank you but reading the site description of TNX.net, I found out what it is all about.

TNX.net combines the benefits of Contextual Advertising, Text Link Brokers and Relevant Exchange of permanent non-reciprocal text links.

Since this was the first I’ve heard of it, my senses were telling me that I should research further before joining this program. So I did a Google and Technorati search about TNX.net. I just recently joined Smorty after contemplating for a while.

Now what is this Smorty? In a nutshell, Smorty pays you to blog. It serves as the middle man between advertisers who want their products / websites promoted and bloggers who will be paid by voicing out their opinions and reviews. For bloggers, this can be another opportunity to gain money with your blog.

Joining Smorty is pretty easy. First you have to sign up and submit your blog and wait for about 2-3 days for your blog to get approved. I got approved within 24 hours! After that, you can now login and pick from the list an offer which you want to make a review on. After choosing, you have three days to complete your review and you will be paid at least $6 for that review. However, you can be paid higher than this if you have a high Google PageRank and Smorty Score. Based from the Smorty Faqs, the smorty score is a combination of PageRank, Alexa Rank and your performance in Smorty.
