I regret to say that I will be going on a blog hiatus for about 3-4 days because I will be out traveling tomorrow. I will be going to Iloilo through “roro” on Saturday and return to Manila on Monday.

You heard it right. As of posting now, this blog has turned one month old. Hooray! Let me be the first to congratulate myself for reaching one month. I’m the first to congratulate myself =P
Allow me first to distribute to some party hats for this occasion…
*cough*cough* Ladies and gentlemen, lend me your ears..
It’s seems funny to think that what seemed to be a product of envy (yes, I envied my friend Wely since he has his own domain that’s why I got one too) resulted into something that I grew fond of. At that time when the domain was bought, I did not know what to do. I got my blog so what? I was so excited about the thought of having my own domain that I did not plan it out before buying. It took me a week before I realized what I’ll do with this blog.
In terms of blog growth, my blog is still small when compared to other’s blogs but I’m happy with it. However, I am very thankful to everyone who have visited this blog, read the entries, or wrote some comments. Without you, my precious reader (yes even you who’s reading now), my blog would have been stocking up on cobwebs. Thanks for the support the you have given. I will continue to try my best in writing articles and guides for you to read.

Hello everyone, I’m back from my blog hiatus since I have finished my initial thesis proposal defense yesterday. It was a hard fought battle while I was having a lot of problems. Although I was proud of myself, I persevered through it but it was without suffering a huge loss.
The good news is… I passed my thesis proposal defense.
I can really say that it was a close call. I was literally being chewed by the panelists regarding my proposal. Although I was having a hard time answering their questions, I did not feel bad about it and cursed them while I’m answering (wahaha). In fact, I’m thankful for the questions that have been raised because without those questions, the holes that we have overlooked in the proposal would still be there.
I realized that the terms you use in your proposal mean a lot. If you mistake one term for the other, you could end up with a wrong proposal. I wrote the wrong term in my proposal, instead of “essay features”, i wrote “essay writing skills”. Wow! That is so different and it really affects the whole proposal.
Although I passed, I still have a lot of revisions to do. It just shows how poor my researching skills are. I hope I can finish it in time and get it approved.

I am afraid I need another break from blogging. I know I just had a break last week. I was informed this weekend that my proposal defense will be on Friday. That’s right,
THESIS DEFENSE ON FRIDAY (August 3)!!!
So to give myself ample time to prepare, I’ll put off blogging once again. I’m sorry to everyone. -_- I’ll be back soon and hopefully, I can say, I’ve passed!!! Haha. Good luck to me.
I’m still going to attend the blogger meet up on wednesday (August 1). haha. That’s it for now. Back to thesis research. =)
