I’m a certified Sony lover! They provided prompt feedback even on their online service.Sony service center helped me when I accidentally deleted all photos & videos on my memcard. They gave an application for the retrieval of files. I thought I would lose them because all applications found on the net I’d tried did not work. I’m so hopeless that time, but good thing I contacted Sony. Thanks to them
