Has the Philippines won a medal in the Beijing Olympics yet?

So far, in the Beijing Olympics medal tally count, it has been China 1st, USA 2nd and South Korea 3rd? Well, what about the Philippines?
Sad to say the Philippines have yet to win anything. Remember that there are only 15 Filipino athletes that were sent. If you want to know what happened to these athletes, you can check out Keith’s post on them. It is a detailed post where you can see their individual results and compare them with the top results.

Technically the Philippines won one gold medal for Wushu.
Unfortunately though Wushu is not YET considered an Olympic sport. If it were considered an Olympic sport, then it could’ve been part of the medal tally.
It’s sad really.
