Right now, Beijing China is the place to be because of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. However, if you will go there, you need to have a place to stay. You have book into a Beijing Hotel or be part of the program called homestay Beijing.
I will help you decide by giving you information about hotels in Beijing and the homestay program.
Hotels in Beijing China
The easiest way to stay in China is to book into a hotel. You will feel right at home with your own personal room. Usually hotels have restaurants, recreation areas, and other features to make your stay worthwhile. Although it is a more expensive choice when planning to stay in China, it is the best choice if you have the money and want some luxury.
Here are some links where you can find hotels in Beijing, China.
Homestay Beijing
Another way to stay in Beijing is through the China’s HomeStay Program. It is similar to being an exchange student or in outreach programs where you get to live with foster parents. There are people that are willing to take you in as members of HomeStay. It is much cheaper but you have to be at your best performance in order not to shame yourself and the one who referred you. You can check out UtoChina for more info.
Beijing Olympics 2008
Now that you have a place to stay, I’m sure you will be watching the olympics live. Be careful with the olympics has there has been already one casualty due to stabbing in the Beijing Olympics. Make sure you have life insurance just to be sure. Enjoy the olympics.
