I know these videos have been out since last year but I want to share it still with you all. This is a spoof of Troy where Hector is named TonTon. Language is in Hiligaynon (not Tagalog). I hope you enjoy these yutube vedios.

There had been many spoofs of popular movies such as Troy and 300 but this is one spoof where I laughed a lot. One reason is that because they are talking in my native language so I can really understand what they are talking and joking about.

    It has been a craze since i introduced these tonton/benjo videos to my friends here in Odiongan, Romblon. Even if the language is Hiligaynon, the language here is closer to that in the spoofed video. We used the word “bord/s” to call each other and “kamang bord, kamang ah!” everytime we see each other. We had fun memorizing different lines like “Tornado attack”, “Finishing touch” and “Siko gid, siko gid” and some other famous lines from Benjo. Hehe.

    @JP - Yeah! the tonton series and the benjo series got famous last year. At first, the video were just so so but the quality improved over time. :)
