Mafia Wars Paris 2010 First Glance

Mafia Wars Paris 2010 First Glance

When I opened mafia wars today, I noticed that a new announcement has been made, Mafia Wars Paris is coming and it is coming first than Mafia Wars Las Vegas where I already saw it saying “Coming soon” a few months back.

They are now trying to give us teasers (just like they did with Mafia Wars Bangkok) and here are some screenies I took.

Btw, I noticed a few more updates for Mafia Wars today. Will update more when I see more changes.

  • All properties are now in flash
  • You can now call backup in robbing (costs Burners / increases capacity when robbery skill level ups)

Mafia Wars Paris Update:

Jobs are now opened and you can now do them for a limited time. Basically, you are given three jobs and each of them requires a parisian map as a job requirement. Maps can be gotten from other jobs, fights and there is a button there in Mafia Paris that allows you to get maps every 24 hours.

Now doing jobs in Paris will not only raise your mastery of that job but it will also raise your “heat meter”. This heat meter (kinda annoying) is something that will limit your progress in paris because the higher it gets, the harder the requirements of the jobs become. You have to wait till the heat meter goes down after 8 hours. You can do only two to three jobs before you get this warning message then you can move on to your other activities.

Here is the message:

Caution: The Paris authorities have been alerted to your activities and your heat meter is rising! This job will now cost more energy, and use more maps to complete. Lie low for 8 hours and the heat meter will reset.
