I miss my parents. Both of them went to Europe two weeks ago to spend time together on their silver wedding anniversary year (they celebrated that last January).
They are going home this week but I’m not sure if it is Thursday or Friday due to the time difference. I’m excited to hear about their stories on where they went, what they did, and all other stuffs related to their experience in Europe. When I think of it, I don’t know which countries in Europe they went too. I guess I forgot to ask and will just ask when they arrive.
All I know that they took a tour package and they are going to be visiting lots of European countries. What I like about tours is that, all you have to do is follow the tour guide. Your meals, accommodations, and places to go are all planned. Some won’t like being controlled like that but for me, it makes me enjoy a tour more without the hassle of planning and exploring since we usually have limited time to go on vacation (blames work hehe). Also, you get to stay in top class hotels! I wonder which hotels did my parents stay in their Europe tour? Did they stay on Dublin hotels ? What about in Paris? Which luxurious hotel in Paris did they stay in? Did they go to Spain? If they did, perhaps they stayed in a high class hotel in Barcelona?
Ohh so many questions but only they can answer. I’m patiently waiting for my parents’ arrival. ^_^

1I’m jealous. I want to go on a European tour. In some ways, I like to have everything planned for me, but in other ways I hate being a tourist. I just spent 4 months in Costa Rica and I enjoyed the privilege of speaking Spanish. I got to see a lot more of the “real” Costa Rica than if I had just been on a tour.

3Chadwyck is right, Allen. You’re pretty good at this. Maybe you need to start a couple more blogs. You know, build up some PR on all of them so you can make multiple posts when you have a good advertiser and so be able to earn more…

4@Chadwyck - Me too, I like being on tour especially when you are with your family. It really feels like a vacation when you don’t have to think about your destinations and usually tours try to bring you the best tourist spots. It’s a good deal for your money.
But if you are going to stay for a long time in a country, you can explore. Buy a map and start travelling. ^_^
Btw, thanks for the compliment. I usually isolate paid posts that don’t have anything to do with this blog but since the topic was related to what I was thinking yesterday, I just mashed it up.

5@Ling - Hi Ling, thanks. Actually I just revived another blog of mine and I’ve been doing paid post there. What’s good about the other blog is that it has more or less, no readers so I can add as many sponsored posts as I can. ^_^
