NBI Raids Fleshasiadaily, what about hayden kho?

When I first saw this in the news, I was like whoa… I know that fleshasiadaily.com were one of those who uploaded the real videos of Hayden Kho (which gave me loads of traffic in May), but were they the first one to upload it?

NBI claims they were so that’s the end of the story (for them at least). The owners get arrested and could possible get some jail time and fined due to  Penal Code 202.

I’m not a lawyer but does this cover blogs? If it is, shouldn’t the NBI also go after ALL the porn sites maintained by Filipinos and not only fleshasiadaily?

History and information about FAD (by me)

So let’s see here… FAD (fleshasiadaily) has been online for a long time. I can still remember that it was first hosted in blogspot but then, they decided to have their own host so that they can upload all the pictures they want, customize their blog as much as they want and avoid being reported as a spam blog in blogspot (jealousy from other admin pervs who has crab mentality).

FAD has been posting pictures, linking to videos that are what we can rate as R18. These “media” that they have on their site range from sightings of hot babes, a bit of flesh here, some more flesh there and even the let’s get naked all the way media thing. It doesn’t spare anyone. As long as you are a girl and you have some mouth watering pics and videos uploaded somewhere, sooner or later, it is going to find its way to FAD as a user submitted content.

Yes, you read it right, user submitted content. Much of the content inside FAD have been submitted by their readers. Most of the time, they cite their sources. People send it to them via email usually. It doesn’t matter who it is, most of the time, the content has been submitted. Be it some random amateur person doing some naughty dancing on their web-cam, a frustrated ex-bf who was left by her girlfriend or even the Hayden Kho – Katrina Halili video scandal, most of them have just been leaked to them. Get my point ?(I repeated it a lot in this whole paragraph)

Why now NBI? Why now?

FAD has been doing this for more than a year and nobody has complained or nobody has bothered investigating. Then, here comes Katrina Halili (after first denying the existence of the videos) crying herself out and saying she was “swined” (binaboy lol) by Hayden Kho after these videos came out, our authorities begun their move. Why do you think?

Is it because they have the chance to be on national TV, on the national news for this act of goodness. If it was some random somebody who complained, would they even bother to spend some taxpayer cash just to investigate on it? If they did, why was the FAD site owners just arrested now?

Am I wrong to say it is simply for publicity? Am I wrong to say that the authorities are riding on this just to get their name up in the upcoming elections next year? Who exactly is Katrina Halili and Hayden Kho that they deserved a special senate hearing? Can’t it be just done somewhere in some court with less or no media coverage?

Lost my respect for Katrina Halili

I was a fan of Katrina Halili ever since I saw her in starstruck but for now, I simply lost my respect to her. The call to revoke Kho’s license is ok. Crying like hell in front of the TV due to a scandal is too much for me. Katrina has been doing sexy roles and has been posing in men’s magazine for a long time so there’s not much of a difference there. She has been showing around her sex appeal and now, Hayden Kho just showed it to the world.

FAD’s Mistake

As of now, the only thing that made me think of how the NBI got to the conclusion that FAD was the first uploader because FAD put a “fleshasiadaily.com” watermark to their videos and torrents which was downloaded by pirates and peddled in the streets.

It was a bold move that was used against them. Of course, it brought them lots of traffic that I’m sure they converted nicely into CPM ads.

What about Hayden Kho and the others?

What happened to the call to revoke his license? What happen to all those cases that Katrina wants to file against Hayden Kho, Vicki Belo and all those people?

What happened to the investigations on who was the real person who leaked the videos? Nobody has admitted the crime so far. The closest we got was fleshasiadaily shouting to the world that they have the scandal in high quality. But who gave it to them? I believe that the investigation should not stop at the arrest of the owners of fleshasiadaily but it should stop at the source.

Katrina Halili herself said on TV that she will move on. Maricar Reyes doesn’t even care about it.

The effects of the scandals to different people

It made Pamela Anderson World famous

It made Paris Hilton famous

It made Katrina Halili cry due to being “SWINED”

It made Bong Revilla mad as to call Hayden Kho lots of names

It made the NBI raid fleshasiadaily

It made me think why o why?
