My personal opinion on this one.

When I first saw this video, I said, “Wow, so many celebrities!!!”. I also realized that Noynoy has a great backing from his sister Kris Aquino and seeing her influence on TV, they can easily convert a lot of celebrities to show up in the video. Sadly, our elections has always been based on popularity and you can’t deny the fact that having celebrities endorse you will raise your chances of winning.

Voters do not care to research about the good and the bad of a candidate. They tend to focus on who shows up a lot, who is he with and which famous or celebrity endorses that person. Great move though the song is really good as it was sang by the asia songbird, “Regine Velasquez”.

I would have appreciated the message of the song if they did not add so many celebrities in this video. They should have shown persons from all walks of life like from street children, sick , normal blue collar workers, CEOs, where he can show that he is including everybody (rich or poor alike) in his message, “hindi ka nag iisa” (you are not alone) but instead, “I’m with celebrities ok?”
