Sample South Korea Itinerary – 5 Days
I recently came back from a South Korea trip and I’d like to share with you the South Korea itinerary that we used.
Day 0 – Thursday
- Plane from Manila to Incheon Int’l Airport
Day 1 – Friday
- Check in at HongDae Guesthouse
- Nami Island – Island where the Kdrama Winter Sonata was filmed
- 63rd Building – Sea World, Sky Art, Wax Museum and Seoul City View on the 60th floor [Building where the Kdrama My Girl was filmed]
Day 2 – Saturday
- Changdeokgung Palace – Palace tour + Secret Garden
- Gyeongbokgung Palace
- Namsangol Hanok Village
- Shopping @ Myeong-dong
My Girlfriend is a Gumiho Fan moment lol
Day 3 – Sunday
- DMZ Tour – Learn more about North and South Korea history
- Shopping @ Insadong
- Namsan Park (Seoul Tower)
Day 4 – Monday
- Everland Resort Park – Try to watch the shows (Animal show, sea lion show, bird show, magic show, parades) and try the steepest wooden roller coaster
Day 5 – Tuesday
- Lotte Department Store
- Coffee Prince – Coffee Shop where the kdrama Coffee Prince was filmed
- Plane from Incheon Int’l Airport to Manila

Hi Allen, I’ll be leaving for korea this late Nov, and right now still working on our itenerary, i just saw ur blog, and might be very helpful since we are also staying there for 5 days. We just booked our place in Jung-Gu, Which of these places we have to pay for entrance, can you also provide the transportation expenses of all this places? thanks and appreciate if you can get back to me. All these places have entrance fees except for the places on Day 5. Our main mode of transportation was the MRTs. However, to reach Everland, Namsan Park, we rode the bus.
