Earlier to day, I discovered that my charger for my Samsung Galaxy Y phone won’t charge anymore. I tried charging my phone via USB and it works so that made me believe that my charger has a problem. I went to the Samsung Shop at Glorietta and unfortunately, they were not a service center. However, they gave me a list of service centers in which I can visit. Lucky for me, one of them is right across where I live.

  5. I went to your Memo Express in Festival mall to have my Galaxy NT 7000 checked. But your service center failed to repair my NT because they can’t proceed to install the IMEI. I bought my Samsung Galaxy in HK only last year. If it will need parts for replacement, kindly assist me. I can’t use it as a phone but other features are running well. I will appreciate your reply. MY SAMSUNG GALAXY DUOS I BOUGHT IT AT GREENHILLS TIANGGE VIRRAMALL WHERE I BOUGHT MY CELLPHOONE WITH A RECIPT YESTERDAY MARCH 16,13 I WENT TO A SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER THEY WONT ACCEPT ANY WARRENTY TO FIX MY PHONE BECAUSE I DID NOT BUY MY PHONE DIRECT TO SAMSUNG I HAD TO LOOK FOR THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND THEY SAID THE SAME THING THAT THEY WILL ONLY COVER ONLY 30 DAYS WARRENTY. SAMSUNG SHOULD WARN BUYERS ONLY TO BUY TO AUTORIZE SAMSUNG STORES.IM NOW STUCK WITH A DEFECTIVE BATTERY WHICH COST P1500. DONT BUY ANY SAMSUNG IN UNAUTORIZES STORES IM GOING NOW TO DTI AND COMPLAIN ABOUT SAMSUNG.

Regarding Samsung service center here in Puerto Princesa.I would to ask if I bought my Samsung s3 last MAY 7 in your Samsung store and There`s a problem in android market I can`t open that application to create my account.Its only blinking and after a few seconds it says Google force.I tried to come back to the store to complain my unit they said they were going to reset my phone and might lost my data.After formatting my unit using keys Volume +,menu and power we done it.I go home the next morning I encounter again same problem after I download launcher.I ask for replacement bcoz I think my unit have problem but the store sale attendant said I’m going to bring it to ORNILLO MANPOWER SERVICES as a Samsung service center here in Palawan.
    As the man who assist me in Ornillo service center said I`m gonna pay 350 for formatting the unit and it is for service fee.I wonder,why should I pay it is a warranty unit and as I know they going to check and fix in software only.The said man hold my unit enter inside and back to me and said you should pay 350p if this unit fix after formatting.but it doesn’t fix.I know what he did he only manual reset my unit.he enter inside so that I can`t see what tricks he did but I know int already because the store attendant teach me..in short the man in service center didn`t fix my unit and he told me I should pay 1,200php for reprogram.or return it to store where I bought and ask for replacement.If that store cannot replace my unit they advise me to report to DTI or else that store matatanggalan ng licensya to sell Samsung unit.Is that a proper procedure as a service center?
    As long as I know we should help the client to solved the problem.we own the customer we own the problem.but what they did?not only me was the complainant in that service center.They ask for payment from the client every job done.And the warranty is useless.One thing I discourage in that service center only hard reset I should pay 350php?is that there talent fee?I hope Samsung service center is not like that.Much better to send defective unit to service center in manila.Its free and the service is very good.Not like here in Palawan poor service.I hope you can avoid this experience of mine.Thank you.

    • same here. first inquire ko, it cost 8,700… 2nd inquire q, it cost 9,500.oo nmn. Same problem tyo, samsung logo lang ngdidisplayed s screen. after ko dinala s center, insert simcard lang ang problem ngaun gusto nila ibalik skin, samsung logo n lng ng aapear. I can’t access the unit na. eh dati all application ok pa. mother board / internal memory nga dw ang problem.
