@Kirby – Hi Kirby, congratulations on getting your own domain. So how does it feel to have your own domain bought from blogging?
Anyways, to promote your new contest, just give away something either cash, free ads or anything of value. Make the mechanics easy such as linking to your blog, subscribing to your feeds or something like that.
Exchange links? Sure no problem. I’ll add you up in a bit. I’m still replying to comments now.
btw, I forgot that I bought an entrecard from problogger.net.. Although I’ve yet to see it in my referrers list for today.

Agree, holding a contest would surely add some excitement and participation on the part of all your readers, just make sure you have a nice prize to catch on
