This has been an issue that I have yet to resolve in my blog. Ever since I upgraded to wordpress 2.3.1, I have not received the emails that wordpress should be sending me. Here are the symptoms that I’ve noticed for this error.

Wordpress 2.3.1 has just been released yesterday and I recommend that everyone should update immediately. There have been bugs that have been fixed but more importantly, there’s a security issue that can be exploited if you do not upgrade.
