I think as some experts have advised me, the proper question is not “who?!” but rather “what?” Yes. What is this whole promotional web tactic or should I say misleading propaganda on the two terms “Arlo” + “Gilbert.” Clearly it is a keyword. Keyword contests are done routinely to promote the interest of whoever would benefit most from that keyword. Unfortunately, the terms “Arlo” and “Gilbert” are nonsensical in every aspect of the word. Hence, any advertising effort on it is totally useless from the start. It would be better to promote keywords like “World Peace” “Global Consciousness” “Kindness” “Literacy” “Development” and like that. You may find more of these precepts in Paradise.
