Will Revenue Memorandum Circular 41-2009 ruin our summer?
People were talking about this yesterday and there had been lots of rumors going around the office.
Although I have not finished the mandatory ethics course yet, I will comply and refrain from posting anything here until end of Monday Asia COB where whatever talks that are going around will be clarified and official announcements will be shared to all the employees.
