WordPress 2.8.6 Released

I would like to suggest that we all update to wordpress 2.8.6 because of the security fixes it brings us.

With many phishing sites and hackers our there who wants nothing else but our hard earned blog accounts, we must take every step to be secure.

      How I missed this I don’t know. After all, I probably have read this announcement on my Dashboard about 10 times since the new version release…

      Of course, I think I’ll wait; with my luck none of my plugins will work with the update.

      We are just in the same boat. I also missed this and only upgraded 2 weeks later lol. Hmm plug-in compatibility usually has problems when it is a big release (eg. 2.6 -> 2.7) . For patches like this, it won’t affect your plug-ins :)
