Download PSP Games for Free via GamesTorrents

I typed the keywords, “Psp Games Download” and I got bombarded with sites that claims to offer psp games but once you visit them, you will then discover that they are fake or they ask you to pay a certain fee just to get a piece of game.

I should warn you that you should avoid these sites because if you have to pay just to get a psp game, why not just buy it legally right? So now, I’m going to teach you how to download PSP Games FOR FREE via GamesTorrents.

What you will need:

  • Torrent Client – Utorrent, Azureus, bitcomet or whatever client you use plus knowledge on how to use them.
  • Winrar – you can get from www.rarlab.com
  • PSP with custom firmware (sorry official firmware users)

Only two things, now go to http://www.gamestorrents.com/eng/juegos-psp-bittorrent.html and then you will a list of psp game torrents for you to download for free.

Now after you have chosen a psp game to download, you will be downloading a “torrent file”. Just open it using your torrent client and wait for it to finish downloading. After it finishes, just extract the files using Winrar then copy it into the ISO folder on your psp memory stick.

So as a bottomline, you should not pay just to download Psp Games since they are free. You should pay only if you are buying them from shops. Ok?

I will be posting more ways on how to download them for free since I know that not all of know how to use bittorrent. ^_^

      @darktroy Ung mga nadownload mo na games from GamesTorrents, nka archive file sila (zip or rar). Kailangan mo palabasin ung game gamit ng Winrar. Tapos nyan meron ka nang ISO ng game file. Copy mo xa sa ISO folder ng PSP mo. Tapos pwde kna mag laro.

      Does anyone know this issue. The strange thing, is everytime i downloaded the file and extract it with the Win RAR, the file format is it bin format. TThere will be a folder called PSP games and UMD Data. bin

      I asked my friend and all of them are getting either ISO or CSO format.

      I’m aware is to use the converter to convert bin to ISO or CSO format and load inside the PSP memory stick. I have not really try it.

      I’m just wondering, why my download after extraction is bin format instead ISO or CSO format.

      @Daniel – Hi Daniel, I think that you downloaded an ISO file already then you used winrar to extract the contents of that ISO thus the contents of the ISO are shown. If you already have the ISO of the game, you should just place it in your psp without doing any extraction via winrar. To verify this, please tell me the file extension of the file. Thank you.

      I found this very helpful. I was able to download free games for my psp. It wasn’t that difficult. The hardest part is waiting for the download to be finished.

      @tina, you have to install winrar. Have you installed it yet? then open the rar file using winrar. It is like winzip.

      Just open the first file then extract it. It will recombine everything into one big file

      patulong po… naka dwnload na ko and na extractt ko na rin using winrar, ung file name nya zry-lpc.ISO na…tapos linipat ko sa memory stick and naglagay ako don ng folder na ISO, kaso pagtitingnan ko na sya sa PSP nakalagar there is no saved data sa games… ano na po ang gagawin ko.. pls reply po

      Hmm what is the game you downloaded? Are you sure it is a PSP-game? Bin files should only be gotten from PC games, PS2 , etc.. but I’m sure not PSP games.

      try to go with GEN CFW as some of those do not work with M33-6 anymore.

      Look I downloaded “Dante’s Inferno” from Gamestorrents.com … When I extracted the file it’s okay, then I copied the folder named “PSP_GAME” on my PSP’s ISO folder, and when I open my Memory Stick through the PSP nothing shows up.. Do I copied the right thing? Cuz when I extracted the files, there’s a .rar that shows “nrp-dantesinferno.iso” but still it is a .rar file, and I think it needs to be extracted.

      You should only paste the iso file in your /psp/iso/ folder and not the rar file. Btw I suggest you upgrade your firmware 3.80 M33-5 is so old already. You need at least 5 M33 to play the latest games.

      Ive downloaded games like Dragonball, Gran Turismo, Tekken 6 and Metal SLug.. to my disappointment, only Dragonball is playable. The other games, i got an error message “cannot be open” My custom firmware came from 3.70CFW> Any suggestion?

      i suggest you update your firmware to atleast version 5. Most of the new games need at least 5.00 M33-6 or if you like, you can go for 5.50 Gen-D3
