Philippine Blog Awards 2 and my hiatus
I believe it was still early to go back to blogging after my own personal leave in the blogosphere. However, one night, Jehz contacted me for a favor and one thing lead to another, and here I am right now typing this post.
How Jehz disturbed my peaceful night
LoL at heading. Anyway, I was just there in the office, staring at nothingness when Jehz messaged me. He needed a very simple post from me and also invited me to the Philippine Blog Awards 2. I thought about it and it seems that I’ve got nothing to lose from it so I agreed and attended the Philippine Blog Awards 2.

All I say is wow! There were so many people there, and I don’t know a lot of them. I was with Jehz (Jehzlau concepts) and Winston (batang yagit), and they introduced me to Hannah (Flair Candy). Betsy (Phaellun) and Karlo (PinoyBlogero) were also some of the familiar faces I remember. I could recognize the other people but I have forgotten their names. So basically, we were there to see if BatangYagit would win the award of the night, Blogger’s Choice award.
With Jehz as his campaign manager, there was no doubt about it, BatangYagit won and people were swarming all over them. They had pictorials, interviews and lots of bloggers congratulating them. Jehz even had calling cards as if he had already seen the future and know that the media men and other sponsors would be asking for their contact details.
End of Blog Hiatus?
I really had fun in that blogger event that it made me rethink if I should get out of my self created shell and continue blogging again like I used too. With the new friends I have made, I’m beginning to incline to go back to blogging. But I’ll still think about it.
